[Nile Post] Amnesty International has called for urgent investigations into alleged human rights violations by security forces during Uganda’s disputed January 15 presidential and parliamentary elections, citing unlawful killings, arbitrary arrests, enforced disappearances, torture, and other forms of ill-treatment.
